Issues with the PDP:
- Poor Product Descriptions: The product descriptions were vague and lacked essential details, leaving customers uncertain about the features and benefits of the product.
- Low-Quality Images: The product images were low resolution, not showing the product clearly or from multiple angles. This reduced customer confidence and led to lower sales.
- Complicated Checkout Process: The checkout process was overly complicated and had too many steps, causing potential customers to abandon their purchase before completing it.

Main Problems Identified:
- Poor UX/UI Design: The layout was cluttered, making it difficult for users to find essential information or navigate the site effectively. This led to frustration and higher bounce rates.
- Limited Content Area: The homepage had a small or cramped content area, which restricted the amount of information that could be displayed. As a result, important content was often overlooked or hidden.
- Confusing Navigation: The navigation menu was not intuitive, with unclear labels or too many options. This caused confusion and made it difficult for users to find what they were looking for, leading to a poor user experience.

3- Dashboard Creation:
Dashboards are crucial in e-commerce as they provide a centralized view of key metrics, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions quickly. They offer real-time insights into sales performance, customer behavior, inventory levels, and more, helping to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience. However, my client did not have a dashboard and faced limitations in data visibility. I collected and analyzed essential data to bridge this gap and developed a custom dashboard to ensure that critical information was easily accessible and actionable:
